individual therapy
Individual therapy consists of 45-minute sessions. During this time, you will have the opportunity to talk freely about your feelings and suffering, without judgment.
The goal of therapy is to help deal with distress, trauma, crises and dilemmas. As a psychoanalyst, I am ready to listen with evenly fluctuating attention and extreme confidence.
Psychoanalytic therapy is a type of psychotherapy based on the theory of Sigmund Freud and his successors. The approach is focused on helping patients explore and understand their unconscious thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
It is very important to emphasize that therapy does not have to be a tool restricted to those who have a mental health problem, it can bring benefits to anyone.
Thetahealing Therapy
Theta Healing Therapy is an energy healing approach that focuses on changing negative thought patterns and limiting beliefs that may be preventing a person from reaching their goals and living the life they want. It's not about religion. Lasts 45 minutes
The name of this therapy is the result of the combination of the words theta - which refers to a type of wave emitted by the brain, according to science - and healing, which means 'cure' in English. That is, the therapy consists of developing healing through brain waves.
By considering the Theta waves as responsible for the individual's subconscious, therapy seeks to understand the functioning of this part of the human mind and facilitate self-knowledge of the 'inner self'. Thus, it is expected to unlock several limiting beliefs and achieve a new understanding of body and mind.
“In the conscious mind are the decisions we make on a daily basis. In the subconscious, things are stored that indirectly affect the person’s life”
The technique is based on the idea that everything in the universe is energy and that shifting energy can lead to physical, mental and emotional healing. The process involves entering a meditative state and accessing theta energy, which is a deep state of consciousness that can be used to change reality.
couple therapy
Aim to focus on the interaction with your partner and specific difficulties. Couples therapy sessions are usually weekly or fortnightly, depending on the circumstances, the degree of conflict and the availability of those assisted. It lasts for 1 hour.
Therapy usually starts from the couple's history, to better understand what are the changes that created problems, instability and conflicts.
We work to discover where things are going wrong and look for ways to improve.
It's a great intervention for worn out, fragile love relationships that are under threat of termination.
